Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Program Details

The programme is a flagship leadership and capacity-building initiative of the Lagos State Ministry of Establishments and Training designed for high-potential civil servants on Grade Levels 12–14. It combines leadership development, digital governance, mentorship, project-based learning, and knowledge transfer to prepare future public-sector leaders.

 The Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Programme is a flagship leadership development journey for high-potential Civil Servants on Grade Levels 12-14. Through expert-led learning, senior mentorship, applied projects, and the Pass-It-On model, PSAP equips officers to lead reform, improve service delivery, and build a future-ready Public Service for a Greater Lagos.

PSAP is a three-month, hybrid leadership and capacity-building programme for selected Lagos State Civil Servants on Grade Levels 12-14. It combines virtual masterclasses, physical sessions, case studies, mentoring with Permanent Secretaries, team projects, peer review, and knowledge transfer across MDAs, The goal is simple: prepare officers who can turn the T.H.E.M.E.S+ agenda into practical results for citizens.

To be eligible for the Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be a Nigerian Government civil servants
  • Be between Grade level (GL) 12 -14
  • Show high potential in the civil service
