Key Responsibilities of uLesson Builders Fellow
As uLesson Builders Fellow, you will
- Participate in structured cross-functional rotations across key business functions, including Product, Growth, Operations, Strategy, and other critical areas of the organisation.
- Work on high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and innovation-driven experiments that contribute directly to business growth and organisational objectives.
- Analyse complex business challenges, develop data-driven insights, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes, products, and customer experiences.
- Support the design, testing, and iteration of innovative ideas that improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain exposure to strategic decision-making and business leadership.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and accountability in delivering assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Contribute to uLesson’s mission of expanding access to quality education across Africa.

uLesson Builders Fellowship Program Requirements
To be eligible for the uLesson Builders Fellowship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- A First Class Honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognised university.
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC or have an exemption letter.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and innovation mindset skills.
- Evidence of exceptional performance in academics, extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or professional experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ambition to build, innovate, and lead within a fast-paced environment.
