Participants also get a ₦30,000 monthly stipend, fully funded hands-on training, certificate of completion, and starter packs (tools and loans) to begin your venture.

The 2nd Phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) is here!

The NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 2 is an initiative of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) aimed at providing unemployed Nigerians with hands-on skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

The NDE Employment Initiative aims to acquire the skills that matter for Sustainable Employment.

NDE Employment Initiative Benefits

The NDE Employment Initiative offers;

  • fully funded technical and vocational programmes,
  • verifiable certificate recognized nationwide by employers
  • support stipends, and
  • start-up support for selected trades in high-demand sectors.

The NDE Skills Acquisition Program offers the following technical and vocational training programmes;

  • Soap Making, Perfume Making, Paint Production, Bead Making, Production of Local Drinks, Make-up
  • Digital Marketing

To be eligible for the National Directorate of Employment NDE Employment Initiative, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be a Nigerian

  • Unemployed Youths & School Leavers
  • Graduates 
  • Artisans & Informal Workers

  • Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
  • Farmers & Rural Dwellers
