UBA Graduate trainee programme aims to inspire participants to discover the next stage of their lives after graduation.

UBA Graduate Trainee Salary
- Selected trainees of UBA are trained for a period of 4 months, during which they get a monthly stipend of ₦60,000 – ₦80,000.
- After the training, recruited staff are paid up to a salary of ₦376,000 monthly as entry level personnel.

UBA Graduate Trainee Requirements
To be eligible for the UBA Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Minimum 2nd class lower).
- Must have completed NYSC or Exemption Certificate.
- Must not be more than 27 years by December 31, 2025
- Work experience: 0 – 2 years.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
