Korea University Scholarship Details
Korea University’s undergraduate scholarships for 2024 provide a significant opportunity for international students to pursue their academic goals without the weight of financial constraints.

The scholarships are divided into categories, each with its own application process, criteria, and benefits:
Newly Admitted Students
- Global Leader Scholarship A: All new students are automatically considered. Full tuition (including admission fee) is covered for two semesters. A GPA of 3.5 or higher in the first semester is required.
- Global Leader Scholarship B: This covers 50% of the tuition fee (including admission fee) for two semesters. A GPA of 3.0 or higher in the first semester is mandatory.
Current Students
- Excellence Scholarship A: Automatically available for students with an outstanding GPA in the previous semester. It covers full tuition for the next semester.
- Excellence Scholarship B: Offers 65% of tuition fee coverage for the next semester.
- High Achievers Scholarship: For students with a high GPA over the last two consecutive semesters. It covers 50% of the tuition for the next semester.
- Challenge Scholarship: Requires online application and is based on GPA improvement. It offers 30% of tuition fee for the next semester.
- Bright Futures Scholarship: For students facing economic hardships. It covers 50% of the tuition fee and requires submission of proof of financial need.
Korea University Undergraduate Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the Korea University Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
Applicants must be international students with foreign nationality, admitted to Korea University. Other requirements include:
- Completion of at least one semester at Korea University (two for certain scholarships).
- A minimum of 12 credits in the semester under consideration for GPA.
- No academic warnings or violations in the previous semester.
