University of Oulu Scholarships Finland 2025 Requirements
Candidates are eligible to apply for the University Of Oulu Scholarship 2025/2026 if they meet the following criteria:
- Non-EU/EEA citizens without a permanent residence permit in Finland.
- Eligible to apply for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at the University of Oulu for the academic year 2025/2026.
- Possess a first academic degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) from a recognized institution of higher education.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the English language.
- Applicants in their last term or semester of studies during the application period can apply for the scholarship.
- Additionally, those who receive a conditional offer of study placement for a Master’s program will receive a conditional scholarship offer.
