Graduate trainees at Schneider Electric are paid an amount between ₦ 1.4m – ₦ 3.6m annually.
Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program 2025 Requirements
To be eligible for the Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program 2025, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM program (e.g., BSc, BEng, or BEng.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer & Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
- MUST have graduated between September 2024 and December 2024 or be awaiting graduation in 2024.
- Must currently be enrolled in an NYSC program or awaiting registration for consideration.
- Proof of Completion: Applicants awaiting graduation must provide proof of completion of academic coursework, supported by a letter from their administration highlighting this and their expected class of graduation.
- Academic Achievement: Candidates must have graduated with a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or provide evidence that this will be their final score.
- Strong academic record with a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work at the Schneider Electric office in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Show Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
