2025 MTN Nigeria Graduate Program Details
The MTN Global Graduate Program invites young, enthusiastic individuals aged between 20-26 years to partake in this exclusive opportunity.

The MTN Graduate Development Program harmonizes two essential elements:
- Formal development facilitated in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy and
- On-the-job learning achieved through full-time employment and placement in strategically aligned roles.
The formal component entails modules at MTN’s three regional learning centers situated in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
MTN Global Graduate Program Requirements
To be eligible for the MTN Global Graduate Program (Nigeria 2025), aspiring candidates must fulfill certain criteria.
- be African nationals,
- be aged between 20 and 26,
- have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit no earlier than 2022.
- have completed NYSC as of September 2024,
- be fluent in English,
- possess a valid international passport,
- Partnership & Business Development skills
- Digital Marketing skills
- Strong numerate and analytical skills
- Technology security
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Excellent Research abilities
- Ability to keep up with current developments and trends (e.g. technological, economic etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building and teamwork capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft suite applications
