2026 MTN Nigeria Graduate Program Details

The MTN Global Graduate Program invites young, enthusiastic individuals aged between 20-26 years to partake in this exclusive opportunity.

The program presents an unparalleled chance to fast-track careers at MTN. Moreover, the award is available for application in any eligible African country.

The MTN Graduate Development Program harmonizes two essential elements:

Formal development facilitated in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy and
On-the-job learning achieved through full-time employment and placement in strategically aligned roles.

The formal component entails modules at MTN’s three regional learning centers situated in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.

MTN Global Graduate Program Requirements

To be eligible for the MTN Global Graduate Program (Nigeria 2025), aspiring candidates must fulfill certain criteria.

Be African nationals,
Be aged between 20 and 27,
Have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit.
Must have graduated not earlier than October 30, 2023, and not later than December 29, 2025.
Be fluent in English,
Must have full-time work experience
Must have a qualification in the discipline of

- Business and Management Studies or
- Chemical Engineering or
- Civil Engineering or
- Computer Science or
- Consumer Science or
- Economics or
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering or
