Applications for the 2026 cohort of the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship have commenced for individuals worldwide.
Mercedes-Benz is looking for 1000 Fellows for the next cohort, which kicks off in May 2026! Applications will officially open on 17 September 2025. The company is looking for ambitious, dedicated and passionate individuals, committed to building a sustainable future through eco-innovation.
Designed and implemented by The DO School Fellowships and funded by Mercedes-Benz, beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship launched in 2023 to equip thousands of young people around the world with the tools and resources to implement environmental projects for a sustainable planet.

Mercedes-Benz Fellowship Programme 2026 Requirements
To be eligible for the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship Programme 2026, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Individuals between the ages of 16-28, who want to address an environmental problem and reside in one of the participating countries (and will reside in one of the participating countries for the duration of the fellowship)
- Applicants should have a good oral and written command of English.
- You do not need previous entrepreneurial experience, you just need be passionate and driven to help build a sustainable future
- Studying, working or residing in: Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Europe, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Philippines, Rwanda, Singapore, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, USA, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe for the duration of the program.
How To Apply for Mercedes-Benz beVisioneers Fellowship Programme 2026
To apply for the Mercedes-Benz BeVisioneers Fellowship Programme 2026, follow the instructions we have outlined below;
- Read the information we have provided on this webpage and ensure your eligibility.
There are three sections to the application for the Mercedes Benz Fellowship which takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
1. The first section is the written application and requires;
- Basic information about yourself and contact information
- Your passion and project idea for the environmental challenge you want to tackle
- Your learning and financial needs
- Self-Assessment Test
- A scanned copy of your passport or national ID card
2. The second section is where you record yourself on video;
Via the application platform, you will record a three-minute-long interview about the environmental challenge you are passionate about and your idea to address it.
3. The final section is an application for Financial Support, which is optional and only for those who request financial assistance to participate in the fellowship.
