The KPMG Embark Scholars Program is a multi-year paid internship program focused on coaching and developing high-performing students into KPMG leaders of tomorrow.
The program consists of an eight-week internship featuring national training and rotations within KPMG’s Audit, Tax, and Advisory practices.
These rotations allow the Scholars to become students of the firm and will help them determine the group in which they are most interested in working as an intern the following summer if eligible to do so.
Interns at KPMG get;
To be eligible for the undergraduate KPMG Internship Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
be currently pursuing an accounting (or other equivalent) or IT-related degree from an accredited college/university and be interested in a career in a public accounting firm
Must have at least two years of education remaining prior to being eligible for full time
employment
Preferred 3.0 or above GPA
Effective communication, leadership, and time management skills
Strong technical ability to meet the firm’s business objectives
Ability to work as a member of a team and display personal effectiveness
and professionalism
