About the Qatar Government Scholarships 2025/26
The Qatar Government Scholarships for 2025/26 is officially now open.
The Qatar Government Scholarship aims to increase the number and percentage of individuals obtaining diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and postgraduate studies in various fields, enhancing indicators related to the knowledge economy.
The scholarship seeks to provide opportunities for Qatari youths to study in top and high-ranking universities in Qatar, USA, UK, Canada, and other top countries abroad.
The program includes multiple pathways such as the
- Amiri Scholarship,
- Abroad Scholarship, and
- Local Scholarship Program (including Tomouh), each designed to cater to different academic needs, talents, and future goals.
Qatar Government Scholarships 2025 Benefits
The Government of Qatar Scholarships encourage students to enroll in important majors, such as medicine, and high-ranking universities, and maintain excellence by improving financial benefits regulations and material incentives.
Amiri Scholarship (Top 24 Global + 5 Local Universities):
- QAR 8,000 monthly basic scholarship salary
- QAR 12,000 monthly travel allowance
- Two business-class air tickets per year
- QAR 40,000 one-time pre-travel allowance
- Study duration counted toward government service
Medical Abroad Scholarships:
- QAR 8,000 monthly (Years 1–4)
- QAR 10,000 monthly travel allowance (Years 1–4)
