The MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy Program aims to train young individuals from all over Africa in the digital skills of content creation and filmmaking.

The MultiChoice Talent Factory Program is a 12-month long industry readiness program that affords the opportunity to learn from some of the leading players in TV and Film while acquiring valuable experience in directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, direction and many more other skills.

MultiChoice Talent Factory Program 2026 Requirements

To be eligible for the MultiChoice Talent Factory Program 2026, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Have a college/university qualification? (Preferably experience in the Film Industry)Yes
  • Be between the ages of 21 – 26 years old
