The organization embraces diversity and a flexible approach to work, making sure everyone feels empowered and can bring their authentic selves into their job.
Her staff are friendly and always available to help where needed. They say the best workplaces are where you work with your friends, and many of our colleagues make their friends for life at KPMG. During your internship you’ll have the opportunity to have some fun and get to know our people better on one of our many social events.
KPMG also care deeply about our island communities. Throughout the year our staff are encouraged to take part in various citizenship activities, as part of her ongoing commitment to help make sure her islands remain wonderful places in which to live.
These can include beach cleans, charity sporting events, or simply dressing up in the office for some good old-fashioned fundraising!
The company also host an annual Away Day for all staff – a well-being day where everyone has the option to take part in a variety of activities. Recent away days have included a chocolate-making experience, boat trips, and adventure parks.
