Yayi Scholarship Details
Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, known as Yayi, is dedicated to providing educational support for deserving indigent students of Ogun West Senatorial District.
This initiative aims to empower students through educational funding and promote the use of education as a tool for personal and community development.
The YAYI Scholarship is designed to offer opportunities to brilliant and financially disadvantaged students in Ogun State.
Meet Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi)
Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, is a Nigerian politician who currently serves as the Senator from Lagos West.
His political career has been marked by a strong commitment to public service. From 2011 to 2015, he held the position of Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Public Accounts.
Yayi is also a chartered accountant and an esteemed member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Yayi Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the YAYI Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicant must be an indigene of Ogun West Senatorial District with evidence.
Applicant must be a full-time student in any PUBLIC tertiary institution (Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges, and School of Nursing) in NIGERIA.
He/She must be a confirmed student of a PUBLIC tertiary institution in NIGERIA.
He/She must have been admitted not later than 2023/2024 academic session.
He/She must have a JAMB admission letter and school identity card as a proof of studentship.
Those who do not meet the above specified Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) should apply for the Bursary Award only
