The European Union is thrilled to welcome the third cohort of students to the MAGMa Erasmus programme!

Ready to take the next step in your academic journey? From September 2026, immerse yourself in a world of art and cultural heritage management and preservation with the Erasmus Mundus Joint International Master’s Program.

The Erasmus Mundus Managing Art & Cultural Heritage in Global Markets (MAGMa) enables applicants to study across Lisbon, Paris, Rotterdam, Glasgow, and beyond.

The program enables candidates to develop their expertise under leading academics, build a global network, and immerse themselves in the cultural landscapes of Europe’s most renowned arts cities.

Benefits of Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholarship 2026

The Erasmus Mundus MAGMa Scholarship covers; 

  • tuition fees,
  • travel insurance, and provides
  • a €1,400 monthly stipend throughout the 2 years to cover living expenses at each of the mobility locations.

The scholarship also provides opportunities for students to engage with leading professionals through guest lectures, research mentoring, and industry events.

Erasmus Mundus MAGMa Scholarship 2026 Requirements

To be eligible for the postgraduate Erasmus Mundus MAGMa Scholarship 2026, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Have a 2:1 Honours Degree (preferably in a related field such as art history, cultural studies, economics, or law).
    • Final Year Students are also eligible to apply.
  • Satisfy the English Language proficiency requirements of the University of Glasgow.
