Arise Tech Talent Accelerator Program Details

The ARISE Tech Talent Accelerator Program is a strategic digital skills initiative launched by the Akwa Ibom State Government under Governor Umo Eno to build a globally competitive workforce of digital professionals.

The program is designed to train 1,200 young people in high-demand technical fields, including Mobile App Development (Flutter), Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing & DevOps, and Digital Marketing.

Selected participants in the program receive comprehensive support to sit for industry-standard certification examinations from global providers such as AWS, CompTIA, Google, and Flutter, enhancing their marketability in the international job market.

Arise Tech Talent Accelerator Program Requirements

To be eligible for theArise Tech Talent Accelerator Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Must be an indigene of Akwa Ibom State.
  • Must be a Graduate (B.Sc., HND, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Must be registered on the Akwa Ibom State Youth Employment Portal with a completed profile.
  • Must possess a personal laptop is mandatory for the hands-on technical tracks.
  • Must have the ability to commit to a full-time, 3-month intensive training schedule in Uyo
